Gmail అకౌంట్ ని మైక్రోసాఫ్ట్ outlook తో configure చేసుకొండిలా ...

Gmail లోని మెయిల్స్ ని outlook కి configure చేసి ఎలా ఉపయోగించుకోవాలో ఈ పోస్ట్ లో చూద్దాము... మన Gmail ఎకౌంటు లోని మెయిల్స్ ని మైక్రోసాఫ్ట్ outlook తో configure చేసుకొని ... Gmail లోని మెయిల్స్ అన్నింటిని Outlook లోకి వచ్చేలా చేసుకొని ...మెయిల్స్ ఇంటర్నెట్ కనెక్షన్ లేకపోయినా మనము Free గా వున్నప్పుడు Offline లో చూసుకొనే సదుపాయం వుంది.

క్రింద చెప్పిన విదంగా చేయండి...

1.Gmail Settings లోకి వెళ్లి Forwarding and POP/IMAP Tab పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

3.IMAP Access: దగ్గర Enable IMAP సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకొని Save Changes బటన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి.
తర్వాత Microsoft outlook ని open చేయాలి. (Microsoft Office ఇన్స్టాల్ చేసుకొనే సమయం లో outlook కూడా ఇన్స్టాల్ చేయబడి వుంటుంది , లేదంటే MS Office software నుండి ఇన్స్టాల్ చేసుకోవచ్చు)1.ఓపెన్ అయిన తర్వాత File > Info > Add Account సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి.

2.తర్వాత వచ్చే విండో లో Manually Configure Server Settings or Additional Server Types రేడియో బటన్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి. Next బటన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

• Your Name దగ్గర ఏదైనా Name ఇవ్వవచ్చు.
• Email Address దగ్గర ఏ gmail ని configure చేయబోతున్నమో,ఆ మెయిల్ అడ్రస్ ఇవ్వాలి.
• Account Type : IMAP
• Incoming mail server : imap.gmail.com
• Outgoing mail server : smtp.gmail.com

మొదట గా Gmail లో కొన్ని settings చేసుకోవాల్సి వుంటుంది ...

2.POP Download: దగ్గర Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded) రేడియో బటన్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి.

3.Choose Service విండో లో Internet E-mail రేడియో బటన్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి.

4.User Information ఎంటర్ చేయాల్సి వుంటుంది.

5.Server Information 

6. Login Information 

User name మరియు Password ఇవ్వవలసి వుంటుంది.Remember password check box క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

7.More Settings బటన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి. settings చేయాల్సి వుంటుంది.

8.వచ్చిన విండో లో Outgoing Server ట్యాబు పైన క్లిక్ చేసి My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication box check చేయాలి.

9.అదే విండో లో Advanced ట్యాబు పైన క్లిక్ చేసి Incoming Server Encripted Connection దగ్గర drop-down box లో SSL సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి (value : 993). o

utgong Server Encripted Connection దగ్గర drop-down box లో TLS సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి (value : 587). OK బటన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

10.Next బటన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయాలి, మనం ఇచ్చిన details check చేసుకొని ... Connection చేయబడుతుంది . 

Gmail లోని మెయిల్స్ అన్ని Outlook inbox లోకి వచ్చి చేరుతాయి.
